Mom of 5! I put on 42lbs in each pregnancy & breastfed all my cherubs o:) After my last child I was left with 34lbs, which I lost. I understand some of the hurdles you are faced with -physical, mental & emotional lol Add me if you like... I welcome all friendly people :)

I love the flexibility of it! Me either, it takes a couple hours for my appetite to kick in. I find that IF works well with my goals and my natural appetite cycle, especially when my macros are tracked and targets met.

Yeah many times lol I have 5 children, single pregnancies and have gained 42lbs in each pregnancy. After my last child I was left with 34lbs which I have now lost and my goals now are to actually add weight in terms of muscle mass but remain petite & have curves in the right places . That is true. I use the thermogenic cream to aid my circulation and increase the flow of blood into the 'cooler' areas of my body, not as a cellulite cream per se. Keeping the body fuelled and nourished will encourage the body to release unhealthy fat & excess water & waste. By fuelled and nourished I mean consuming the correct calories taking into account the correct protein, carb, fat, fibre & water, with a diet of quality foods.
