It's easy to make low cal tacos - corn tortillas, steamed chicken, lots of spices, avocado, low fat sour cream, salsa, etc etc. I haven't yet figured out how to get pizza for low calories that I actually want to eat.

I'm obsessed with the 40 calorie fudge bars Popsicle makes - I have one every single day and it helps curb the sweet cravings.

I've found eating my exercise calories makes me not lose weight. Assuming I have some though I don't feel bad about going over a bit, but if I ate all of them I'd just stay the same.

I lost 60lbs by eating less. While it's vague, it's true. I never worked out cause I hated it. I didn't eat very different foods than I used to eat before. I still ate pizza once a week.
