I've read great things, you guys are really helpful. I do want this to last forever and it's more of a lifestyle change for me. So I get it, patience, calorie deficit, and working out is even better. One excuse that I find myself using lately is. "Well I just had more ice cream than I should have so I might as well wait until tomorrow and start over." Nooo, it's only 4 in the afternoon you can make a difference now! Hop on that elliptical for 20-30 minutes and burn off those extra calories + some.

Lately I've been loving blending up half a large banana((frozen) with a cup of almond milk, zero calorie sweetener and a tablespoon of pure cocoa powder. It's chocolate banana deliciousness. It taste like those banana and chocolate swirled ice creams you get from an ice cream truck.
