My goal is to relax and get more sleep. I have anxiety so it makes relaxing a little bit harder because I'm always anxious. Exercise does help me release some of that anxiety.

I don't use very much oil or salt when cooking. I like to pre marinate my chicken for extra flavor and because I eat almost the same thing everyday I mix up spices to change the flavor. My favorite spices are lemon pepper, smoked paprika, all spice which is a combination of everything and garlic. A lot of fresh garlic.

I walked the track at my son's school the days it was nice out to get in extra minutes this week. Doing the belly dance challenge tomorrow and the 84 flights of stairs on Sunday because its rest day for the Kettlebell swing challenge.

My favorite is salads. Its healthy and taste very good. Any kind of salad Greek salad, Caesar salad, Fattoush feta salad, Tabbouleh, Asian salad, Kale salad and Spinach salad. A lot of greens and lite dressing. I also throw some shrimp, chicken or thin sliced steak strips on top.

Loving the water challenge but not loving late night trips to the bathroom. 140oz is a lot I start sipping my water at 8am and it takes me all day until bedtime to finish. I need to lose more weight so I dont have to drink so much water lol

Eggs cooked with lean ground beef mixed together and just seasoned with pepper and salt. I have it with whole wheat pita bread.
