Yep, I would not even look at the calorie content of things. I was eating mega calories though.

I am just counting calories, trying to eat healthy every four hours. There was a special on PBS about trying to eat just real food. It made a lot of sense to me so I am trying to stay away from most things that are processed. Also I started walking again this week. So what kind of diet are you doing.
