  • Well, every evening to wind down, I'll drink 2-3 beers or have 2-3 whiskey and cokes. I'm cutting that our first. Tonight I started doing that. I am going to make meal plans so I can follow them and document it. I plan to make time and not excuses to exercise. Start out a little and work my way up.
  • Hey Kendra, I need accountability as well. I would like to lose 40-50 lbs the healthy way, but still be strong. I'm 39 and can feel/see my metabolism slowing down. I'm in WV currently.
