I was vegetarian for 10 years and still don't eat certain meats. It's no big deal if you don't eat meat, I still don't have it particularly often. Plus chicken, fish and steak are the only meats you'd want to be eating really anyway. The others are overly processed and not an everyday sort of food so much. Just eat things…

I LOVE them! The cookies and cream is so delicious and they fill me up a lot. I'm trying to increase my protein intake and they help a lot with that too. The cookie dough one tastes like complete and utter garbage though xx

Sorry should have explained that - I am doing the 5:2 diet as it works best for me and also I like the health benefits that apparently come with it. Thanks everyone for the advice. Il start adding things like almonds and healthy fats etc :)

I'm hoping to lose around this amount by August/September as well! I'm unsure how likely it is but I think with a good diet you should be able to lose at least a good Portion of that. Diet is the main aspect of losing weight so I shouldnt think not exercising would be an issue x
