  • Mine works ok and the updating to MFP is good, its a shame that mapmyride doesnt update the watch so my watch calories are lower everyday than my actual totals.

  • forgot to say before excerise goal is 77
  • yesterday as example, after excerise my protien goal was 144, I managed with all meals 52. all other goals were nearly bang on. This is for weight loss not building
