  • that above comment makes it all sound so difficult........loosing lbs all it takes is healthy eating,portion control and exercise a few times a week..for months and months not just weeks...TRUE not giving up is a very important step.
  • ive lost 60 lbs gained them back and now im in the process of loosing again..lost 30 lbs so far...follow my page SXC fitness on Facebook for motivational tips and ideas.
  • I don't track fruit and veggies..and ive been doing just fine with that, weight still comes off..less of a hassle too.
  • I have been on birth control since I started my fitness journey and have been able to loose weight.
