Our team made it, but I've been slacking off big time - it's freaking hot here in AZ and I started Keto for the last month. That combo is killing me, but perhaps I'll have some motivation again soon! :D keep up the great work everyone!

I wouldn't say I stretched, but I definitely walked another 1/2 mile afterwards. Its a sharp pain to the inside of my kneecap. It's been getting less sharp as the day goes so I think I just did something weird to it last night #old. lol

I have it connected to Garmin - I usually split my activities by "run" and "walk" (I walk with my wife - she's not much of a runner) so I was hoping to not have RTE track walks automagically, but it appears that it does. Anyone know how to NOT include walks on the RTE site? Sorry to my teammates - we were .2 miles from 200, but I deleted the walks and now we're 4 miles away - maybe I'll feel a good lunch run and get us there!!!

I agree with the "warning sign pains" - I did not heed them about 2 years ago and ended up with the dreaded PF.

I like the taste of the EAS Pure whey protein - 170 calories, 30g protein, only 6g carbs - just with water... Seems to help. I get the chocolate. Eas 100% Whey Protein Powder Chocolate (it's in the DB here on MFP correctly)

How much cardio? I've read differing opinions on this everywhere. I've even read that you can just lift and depending how much lifting you do, you don't need cardio (see 5x5 workouts). IMHO, as long as you are doing something and doing it consistently, you'll be fine!

I check daily as well. My wife thinks I'm nuts. I have it where I'll gain 1 lb a day for 3 days, even when tracking well with MFP calories, then all of a sudden 3-4 lbs in one day. I'd say this is really normal. Might want to look at how much you eat/drink the days leading up to "big" loss day - might be something there.…
