There's a good group for Couch to 5k. I don't know how to link in here, sorry :(
-
Heck yes!

I use 2 tsp powdered creamer (10 calories per tsp) and Torani sugar free caramel syrup (0 calories)

Wow. I stand nine hours a day, five days a week... Now I'm concerned I'm not logging correctly or something. I should be losing more weight!
-
Yeah, sorry, I'm not following either... macros is short for macronutrients... soooo... protein, carbs, and fats are all macros and nutrients.
-
Water, coffee, and tea. I only log my coffee. I don't add anything to my tea. I don't bother logging my water, 'cause I drink at least 150 oz (three 50 oz bottles) per day.

Tuna and eggs. Not at the same time. Lol

I like the idea of some kind of lessons or a fun physical activity. :) Thanks for the suggestions!
-
Definitely a good playlist! Also, running outside is more mentally stimulating than using a treadmill or such. For me anyway. :)

The photo shoot was my motivation. I totally get how weight loss in and of itself can be rewarding, but with scale fluctuations, etc, sometimes it just doesn't do it for me. I agree that good health is a good notivator, but I'm thinking I need a goal with a date, something planned, something tangible, or something I can…
-
Math. Lol. I just multiply by seven to get my weekly calorie goal.
-
@xvolution True, but I was asking WHAT to measure. Thanks, though. :)
-
@Ready2Rock206 and @xvolution, you can track on here, but it doesn't tell you where to measure. I downloaded Fitstream.

Are you really hitting the gym seven times per week to do only 2 -3 reps per body part? While it won't help you lose another 10 pounds in four weeks, I'd definitely recommend doing more. If it's a matter of not having enough time, you could split to upper body and lower body days.
-
I tried that, but it doesn't tell me where to measure.

I found an app. Thank you

Yessss Iced coffee!

Personally, in a similar situation I would find a convenience store. They usually have some sort of protein bar, jerky, nuts... but I don't usually eat 400 plus calories per meal.

I hate my job so much, I cry in my car every day on my lunch break. But I've been applying for jobs for months without any offers, do I can't quit.
-
I drink over a gallon a day. I stop keeping track once I've had three 50oz bottles.
-
I'd suggest looking at other people's open diaries. Mine's open, but I'm set at 1364 calories per day.
-
I track for accountability but just ignore the exercise calories.

www.iifym.com :) Plug in your numbers, and voila!

And @goldthistime yes :) both of your answers were extremely helpful. I definitely appreciate the way you explained it to me. Thank you

I think this exactly addresses my problem. I may have clouded the issue by including too many parts of the equation. Thank you. I have a bad habit of overcomplicating things. :)
