I pretty much drink coffee, hot tea, and water. I only log the coffee; I do add a minimal amount (2 tsp) of nondairy creamer and sugar free flavored syrup. I don't add anything to my tea. When I splurge on a sugar free Rockstar, I do log that, because of the carbs.

I think he's referring to not wanting to eat eggs every single day, not that he doesn't like eggs at all... but just my take on it. I also agree with eating a nontraditional breakfast if you want. There's no "breakfast police" that's going to come get you if you eat a hamburger for breakfast. :)

The most general rule is to drink enough water that you pee light to clear.

Height and weight? What's your current calorie goal? Are you using a food scale or liquid measure? Are you eating back all your exercise calories?

I eat 6 - 8 times per day. The time between each meal varies anywhere from two to four hours. It's just what I prefer though. No reason to adjust your meal schedule.

In a month, I lost a half inch from my bust, an inch and a half each from my waist and hips, and three quarters of an inch per calf, but gained a half inch on my thigh and a quarter inch on both forearms... so that answer is all over the place. Lol

Panache sports bras are my favorite. I have three and wear them every day. As in, I never wear a "regular" bra :)

Are the squats and calf raises (throughout the day) supposed to be AMRAP? Hmmm. That could easily turn into hundreds of each, which would probably induce DOMS and be a detriment to your training on sprint days. Good luck! Sounds like (that part at least) is going to be a killer! :)
