30 day sprint

Going to start a 30 day sprint challange. Pretty excited I always seem to do good when doing a challange. Any suggestions on sprinting? I'm not much of a runner but I am hoping this will head me in the right direction

Are the squats and calf raises (throughout the day) supposed to be AMRAP? Hmmm. That could easily turn into hundreds of each, which would probably induce DOMS and be a detriment to your training on sprint days. Good luck! Sounds like (that part at least) is going to be a killer!0

No warm ups in there, and the longest you end up running is 15 minutes or so.
You could do C25K and be running for longer at the end of the four weeks.
