I really love a sweet and tasty coffee. I have not been able to give up my International Delight coffee creamer, but the sugar content is huge. Any ideas to sweeten coffee (not just make it creamy) that will help reduce my sugar intake?

Sugar free Torani syrups, stevia, or Walden Farms creamers/chocolate sauce/caramel syrup

I didn't give up my International Delight, I just learned to use it more sparingly and I be sure to measure. I've given up a lot on this journey, that is one thing I won't.

I'm experimenting with a couple homemade versions to substitute for Coffeemate French Vanilla. I'm still tweaking proportions, but they are a mix of almond milk, half and half, stevia, vanilla and almond extracts, and sometimes cinnamon. I'm going to try a version with coconut milk in place of the half and half.

I just roll with a bit of Truvia, some 100% Cacao powder, and unsweetened almond milk.
