Weight lose

Hi, I need some help!
I've been on a weight lose goal for sometime now but only found this app about a month ago. I'm logging all I eat and drink and staying within my calorie allowance. I also do 3or4 exercise classes aweek and log my exercise and I'm still struggling to loose weight, Help!

    Height and weight? What's your current calorie goal? Are you using a food scale or liquid measure? Are you eating back all your exercise calories?

    If you are not losing weight, you are not in a caloric deficit.

    1) Make sure you weigh and log everything accurately
    2) If you still don't lose weight, reduce calories

    When you say you're struggling, what do you mean by that exactly? Have you gone that long without losing any weight, or are you just not losing at the rate you're expecting to lose?
