Have tried probiotics and/or digestive enzymes? Either of these may help.
I eat yogurt daily, a probiotic midday, and magnisum before bed. Helps me!

Try cutting out dairy and seeing if that works for you?

I'm vegan so I actually have already cut out dairy! Are there vegan sources of probiotics?

I think that sauerkraut, kimchi (made without fish sauce), and kombucha would all be vegan sources of probiotics. If you google "vegan probiotic sources" there are even more suggestions out there :)

So many suggestions. So little answers.

I swear I get bloated so easily and it drives me insane. The second I eat anything at all my stomach balloons :(

    Is it gas?

    Diarrhoea?

    Pain?

It's all a bit vague if we don't know what your symptoms are.

Plus, you should seek medical advice from a doctor, not the internet.

It is definitely a good idea to seek medical advice from a doctor. And check everything out. And I hope they will be helpful. And try new doctors if you can, if you aren't getting help.

They might not care or help, though. Especially anything involving food reactions. They will do a blood test for celiac and allergies. Maybe it depends where you live. I'm in Canada. I am on a year long waiting list to see a GI specialist. And my GP wouldn't refer me. My Rheumatologist referred me, and she had to try four before one would agree to fit me in a year from that time. She listed celiac disease as my reason. She doesn't know what my diagnosis is because she isn't a GI doctor. I weighed 95 pounds and was eating up to 3000 calories a day. I was making doctors appointments weekly. Crying in the office because I was reacting so badly to food, losing weight. No one cared or knew. So, maybe mfp isn't the best place for seeking understanding. But, sometimes people need to ask and find other experiences and feedback and begin to figure things out for themselves. That's what I did. And now I am getting better (and it's still six months until my GI appointment). And I had been nonfunctional. My health issues were actually caused by doctors incorrectly prescribing meds. And everytime I had side effects to the meds they prescribed other meds. Instead of referring me to a specialist for a correct diagnosis they kept trying out meds on me. I had to drive to the US to see a specialist on my own (he said they were misdiagnosing me and causing my health issues with the meds). Sometimes we have health issues that doctors don't understand or deal with. Not everything can be solved by meds. Especially medical injury can't be fixed with meds. Bloating is probably going to be considered not very serious to a doctor.

Op, it would help to know more of your symptoms. There are lots of possibilities. And if you pin point those, you can know what tests to ask your doctors about. You could have dysbiosis or sibo (small intestinal bacteria overgrowth). Or you might not.
