I have to mention, since working out everyday I have been sleeping though the night. It's been amazing. I have night anxiety so I pass out when I'm tired but when I wake to go pee or for whatever reason I could not fall back asleep if my life depended on it. These past 7 days - sleeping like a baby. love it.
