Setting an easy goal for June I'm fasting this month so cutting down on distance.

I have been running 5km under 30min for a while now. Last year I ran 5k- 8k-10k and 15km races. This year I want to run half marathon in September. I'm not sure which 12-14 weeks training plan is good for HM. if you know about any good HM plan please share the link.

[/url] it must be the influence from group i started running last month i never thought i will be able to run 5km so soon. i was nervous about my 40 miles target for May but I made it to 40 miles :) and month is not over yet thank you all for the advice and positive vibe.

do you all add warm up and cool down time to your run? or just count the run time i have been running 5km for over a month now my timing is around 31 mins but i add the 3 Min warm up and 3 min cool down.
