I gain weight easily with drinking. So instead I allow myself one night of cheats for drinking. Usually Saturday. If you really want that glass of wine nightly just log it ahead and drink more water. Alcohol makes you bloat, water flushes the bloat. Also do research an find the "healthiest" wine option!

Are you drinking enough water? Maybe your gaining more muscle? For example, when I weighed 145 before I looked great because I was very muscular.... however my 148 I weigh now looks drastically different than before because I'm more fat than muscle.
