I definitely feel where your coming from. I've lost about the same since march. I have a long way to go and instead of focusing on the everything all at once I started small changes.. like drinking water again. I did that for about a month and then i started eating a better breakfast and did that for awhile.. Small changes…

2wks ago is when I started real strict on the diet and exercise.

I eat 1200 calories a day. I eat about 100g of protein, drink close to a gallon of water a day. MFP suggests 1400 calories which I would have to force myself to eat more because I definitely feel satisfied at 1200. I eat 3 meals and 2 high protein snacks. I do about 45mins of cardio a day and every other day I do weights.
