Agree, do what works for you. I tend to plan my dinner early in the day, and log those calories in the AM. Then I taylor the rest of the calories between breakfast, lunch and snacks. Or, I will log the largest meal I know I will have first; then plan around that. At the end of the day, if I have not eaten all I am allowed,…
