  • If you can go to the Y...they should have a pool. Swimming, water aerobics etc can enhance via cardio and burn fat...without putting undo stress on your knees. Just my opinion.
  • I am still a Type II. Started with an A1C above 10. Started using this, Garmin Fitbit and whole plant based foods. "Gave away" 70 pounds, my A1C is 5.6 (normal is 5.6 to 4.8). You can do it.
  • I'm originally from Lake Arthur (9 miles south of Jennings). SKdoucet -- I've been doing it for 2 years. Gave away 70 pounds and am no longer diabetic. Now live in Debary, Florida (between Orlando and Daytona Beach). Any questions, let me know.
