  • Congrats! You could always do a protein and veggies or a side salad. It depends on what's most important for you. You can still eat good and have a drink or two or eat good then get a desert. Have fun.
  • You are doing great. When I look in the mirror I don't see my weight loss either. People around me are letting me know it's working though. I say find a piece of clothing that is too small or too tight and try it on every week. You will feel progress in the way that clothing fits even if scale doesn't show it.
