My goal is 50- 60 lbs. It's a big goal but at 57, it's something I really need to accomplish. I have bad knees so exercising is not easy but the extra weight is definitely not helping and I'm sick of feeling lazy all the time. MFP has helped me in the past and I'm starting fresh again. This is going to be my year!

I started Contrave on Feb 20, I am in week 4 now. I've lost 7 pounds so far, but I only started tracking on MyFitnessPal since March 5 and that's when I started losing. It's slow but steady for me and I haven't incorporated exercise yet. It definitely does take away your appetite, and I don't feel like drinking alcohol…
