I enjoy going to bed hungry. I consider it a success because for many years I did not know what it was to be hungry as I ate constantly... At least for me, I enjoy going to bed hungry knowing I will be lighter in the AM...

I had shin splints for 20 years til my Greek fitness trainer showed me one simple stretch I do 3X a week. Just sit on your shoes, with your legs bent underneath you with your butt resting on the heels of your shoe. Looks like you are praying or doing a yoga relax pose.. After a week of that, no shin splints for 2 years…

Congrats on your goal!!! I found having a personal trainer the secret for me. But going to the gym and doing a regular 3-4x a week program with a group could help. For me, the social life and support of my gym motivates me. Good luck!!
