I found a great 15day challenge on www.flatsbsfitness.com It's free and I don't have to leave the house or get a childminder. Going to the gym would be to much hassle for me.

Setting up an little agility course in the garden is fun as well, I'm a dog trainer and it's great fun, if you want to puch yourself you can always do the jumps with the dog... Although I draw a line at the tunnel lol

I use Herbalife from time to time they keep me full, I know long term it's not practicle but great when I'm in a hurry in the mornings.
