You're all right. I"ve not been specific and there lies the problem. I'm going to bring this up again be more specific what I want the support to entail.

On the plus side, I have a definite increase in my stamina and endurance, so there is that. My clothes fit a bit better as well. I need to keep reminding myself that even though my weight may not show an "improvement," I have improved in other ways.

What I hate is when I used to ask people for help and support, they thought that entitled them to tell me how much, when, and what kind of food I could eat? I have since learned to stop asking.

As soon as someone prefaces a remark with "You need ...." I immediately tune them out. Who knows what I need better than myself?

I hate it when someone answers for me, thinking they know me better than I know myself. I didn't get to be this age by not knowing what's good for me.

My BF is the same way. I love him to the moon and back, and I know he means well, but please, take your own advice before you start giving me some!

I find if I do my workout in the morning it gives me a lift that keeps me going throughout the day.

I work out of my home doing medical transcription so most of my day is spent sitting down. When not working, I always try to move, move, move in one activity or another.
