mine is open... today is my first day, and i've included my dinner in the calculations....i will have 600 calories to eat. I'd love to be able to see other diaries of successful weight loss.

I use cauliflower to make pizza dough or mashed potatoes. turkey meat for some stuff.... like tacos or spaghetti hides the taste. i don't eat many veggies...mostly just spinach....extremely picky eater here!!!

I'm new! just downloaded MFP today. I'm 5'11", I also live in Texas looking to lose 50-70 lbs.

I'm 5'11 and my goal is around 175-180..... with my build any smaller than that and I look ill. Currently at 243.

I'm 5'11 all legs, and I love cowgirl tuff jeans. usually buy the 37 inch inseam...sometimes depending on the cut/style I can get away with the 35.

I walk on my lunch break at work every day for about 20 minutes, and I've noticed in the two weeks doing it that my clothes are fitting looser, but no change on the scale yet.

I'm in the same boat.... Been off of birth control since September of 2014 and still haven't had success. After spending a fortune at the infertility doctor I'm told I have "unexplained infertility". Her only suggestion was to lose 50-70 lbs so here I am.
