I still have a few more days left on Level 1 of Extreme S&S, looking forward to Level 2. I’m definitely even more curious now!

You don’t want to hurt yourself in a major way!! Stop the jumping lunges and just do the grounded ones, if those don’t hurt! You are still moving and you can do some of the other advanced moves if you feel it is needed.

I love Extreme S&S, it my current routine. Cute leggings! 100% lyrca? Good material? Looks like they fit well. Did you order your normal size? I’m in the market for new leggings.

I finished 30 Day last month and wanted to move on to Ripped, but decided I wanted to give myself more time and did 5 days of Beginner Shred...now I’m on Shed and Shred. I realized I could do more each day than a 20-30 min workout. S&S is a bit longer. So far so good, currently on Day 6.

Hi there! I’m wrapping up the 30 Day Shred on Friday, then moving on to either Ripped or Beginner Shred with higher weights.

5 more Level 3 workouts, then I’m done with 30 day. I wanted to be able to do the advanced moves more often than not for each level, but there were several I still couldn’t master. I’d love to be able to knockout the walking push-ups on my toes one day! I’m thinking of moving on (backtracking, I guess) to Beginner Shred…

No! I did 5 days, one day off, then the next 5 days. I’m not sure 30 days in a row is what is expected as the body needs rest at some point. I plan to do Ripped in the same manner, but if I find my body screaming at me, I’ll adjust as needed. I’m in no hurry at this point as I don’t have much to lose. Being active for me…

I’m on my final week of Shred. Ripped is next for me. After I believe I may try the Shed and Shred I purchased last week from the dollar store. It looks as if those workouts are 45 minutes each instead of the 20-25 I’ve become familiar with.

Just completed my 10th and final day of Level 2 of 30 day shred. I went all out today and did every move at advanced level and burned almost 50 additional calories. Beginning final 10 days of Level 3 tomorrow!
