Entries are user generated. So there will be errors. If I'm entering a packaged food I use the barcode scanner (on the app) and then weigh the food and log it. If I'm logging a "whole" food I enter the food + usda. For example boneless skinless chicken breast usda. If there are still many to choose from with different…

I'm in. I'm 80 days into MFP with lots more to lose. SW 331.6 CW 300.6 GW 140 How will this work? Weekly weigh-in's? Or just weigh in again Sep 1st?

Would LOVE to join! This will be my first challenge. I'm 80 days in and down 31 pounds. I have LOTS more to lose and could use the added motivation!

Avocado, nuts and seeds, olive oil, salmon, dark chocolate

You may be over restricting. I've found that if I allow myself a small bit of whatever it is I'm really, really craving I don't feel the need for a binge. A Cadbury creme egg once or twice a year isn't hurting anything. Heck, an ounce of quality dark chocolate once a day isn't going to hurt anything as long as you build it…

Ziplining, horseback riding, skydiving, hiking, going on a cruise and feeling confident in a bathing suit, flying to a tropical location and fitting in a plane seat comfortably, etc..... I want to have fun and be active with friends and family.

I thought I did. Though I was never diagnosed. It just used to seem like I had the symptoms. Nevertheless, after starting to eat more sensibly and cutting out high fat foods that I used to shovel in daily (fast food, tartar sauce, etc) the symptoms have disappeared completely. So most likely it was just my body rebelling…

Great job! It's definitely paying off!!

Had never heard of them until this thread so I looked them up. Food with 0 calories? Sounds like witchcraft to me :| I just can't seem to imagine the ingredients or the taste.

If the fresh tattoo isn't going to touch any gym surface at all I would wait 2-3 days to allow the plasma seep to stop. If it is going to touch a gym surface I would wait at least 4-5 days and disinfect the equipment both before and after use. Regardless, I would thoroughly wash my hands after touching any gym surface…

I like my coffee that way. Very light and sweet. A 16oz cup of coffee for me has 200 calories. So I stopped drinking coffee. I now have maybe one cup a week as opposed to 3-5 a day.

Fruit, Greek yogurt, almonds, cheese, avocado, hummus and veggies, guacamole and veggies, cottage cheese and pineapple, two eggs w/ salsa, dark chocolate, etc.... There's so many.

I eat the large majority of my calories after 5pm most days. I'm more satisfied that way, sleep better, and lose weight regularly. Food timing isn't a factor imo. Everyone is different. Eat whenever you're most comfortable doing so. Just stay in deficit.

This ^^

For context I'm 301lbs, lightly active, eat 1910 calories a day, and lose approx 2lb a week.

They look delicious!

Wow! Amazing! Here I get 2 apples for $1.50 and a pound of ground beef is $4 :/

Have a light snack and plan better for tomorrow.

If it's the first week, most likely not. Many people have a significant drop the first week or even the first few weeks. A lot of it is water weight. But 1200 is pretty extreme unless you're a very short female or are already quite small.

I actually had a kind if bad flare up. It seems to have settled down now. 3 months in.

Mixim. Hard to find. It's a plain Greek yogurt with two tip in cups of stuff. My favorite has slivered almonds, coconut, and mango. The strawberry and granola is my second choice. ETA: Libertine is also excellent. Especially the lemon.

Love them! The Sriracha and the Salt & Vinegar are excellent as well.

I know. I was mad too, lol.

It did that to me one day. I had lost about 26lbs and it said 18lbs. I logged out and back in and it fixed itself.
-
Haha, I'm eating the Hot Buffalo Style right now. Straight out of the packet!
-
Probably, lol. Those just looked really good :)

Are you sure??? I thought we were supposed to be "dieting" here? ;)

I'm soooo making those black bean tacos! Thanks :#

Well boogers :/

I try to get as close as possible. I did change mine a little though. I find myself much more satisfied with a little more fat and less carbs. So mine are set at 40% fat, 35% carbs, and 25% protein I believe. I'm not honestly sure it matters though. Since people just change them to whatever they want. I saw someone say…
