Exercise is the only way to change your shape, in particular weight training. Unfortunately diet cannot decide where the weight comes off

I track everything even if it comes up as 0 calories. As other posters have suggested i think your calculations are a bit high

My God...how do you refrain from punching those half wits in the mouth? If its a sales person saying it, make a formal complaint to the company. If its a stranger... wow...Im not sure what Id say. Something to humiliate them.

Why do we reward ourselves with food...we're not dogs lol. Include that muffin in your calories and enjoy it...even if it means eating salad for dinner because of it. If you want a reward, get your nails done or buy a book.

If i watch tv then i pull out the ironing board and get that chore done. No time to mindlessly snack when my hands are busy. Cross stitching is also great to do if youre watching a bit of tv. You won't even think about food.
