I did it for a week and it made me feel revolting. Counting calories works for me so I dont know why I went keto for a week. I think I was craving eggs fried in butter or something 😂

Lean cuisines are full of sodium. You could be holding onto lots of fluid which although isnt fat, wont make the scales go down until you get rid of it.

I take 30g psyllium husk daily. It has been great for giving me a good clean out!

You will still lose weight without exercising but you wont change your shape. So if youre a pear youll become a smaller pear. Try gentle exercises in the pool. There is always something.

Any type of soda, sugar free or otherwise, expands the tummy and will make you feel hungry. Diet coke is so full of chemicals. It wont hinder your weight loss if you dont eat extra food, but it is bad for youe overall health in so many othet ways. Personally I dont touch it.

Squats. 3 sets of 15, three days on one day off. Give it 3 months and your bottom will be completely reshaped and lifted up.

If you're sticking to your calories, exercising and not eating back those calories (mfp extremely over estimates calories burned) then you should be losing. Check your nutrients... are you eating too much sodium? Forget fad diets. They wont work in the long time as they aren't sustainable.

From what i have read exercise wont make you lose weight but will change the shape of your body. I dont know myself as i read a lot of conflicting info

I weigh myself on monday mornings and then type that new weight as my starting weight so that the calorie allowance on mfp adjusts accordingly, then put my original starting weight back in. I have used DP and all it does is increase your appetite. So if you ate the food, you'll gain the weight. Eat when youre hungry. No matter how small, you should feel satiated after each meal. Change up your snacks. 10 almonds and a large orange is just over 100 calories.

Maybe try sticking to just maintenance calories for a week and then do a very slow loss so that you don't feel too deprived. It doesnt matter if it takes a whole year. The time will pass anyway.
