PS you may have a sluggish thyroid. Ask your DR for a blood test to determine if thats what is going on. If you do have hypothyroidism then they will probably put you on a drug which will solve that problem (however you will be on it for life) and you will lose weight. Worth asking about.

I am on Lexapro and here is what my GP told me...I will feel like the food, but if I don't eat the food then I won't put on the weight. For the first 3 months this was right. Didn't gain a pound. I was working out 6 days a week and losing. Then I lost motivation to keep going to the gym and started eating so much…

For me it will be to keep walking. I start week 6 tomorrow and havent once weighed myself or felt the need to eat food that has no nutrition (probably because Im now fuelling my body with what it needs), but my biggest issue is doing deliberate exercise rather than incidental like housework (which equates to just over 4000…

That broke my heart hearing what people did to you. That says nothing about you and so much about them. You've done so well and are beautiful. Xxx

Im nearly at the end of my 5th week and haven't used the scales once. I use clothes. I've already gone down one size so am happy about that. The scales would mess with my head.
