I have a history of depression in my genetics that I've usually been able to control through my birth control (which regulates my hormones) But I guess it still gets the better of me when I'm stressed put, for example dieting. Good I don't feel as crazy then. I guess I've just felt like I'm uder so much stress keeping my diet as perfect as I can, that I freak out whenever other things fall out of place. When I have a specific plan that doesn't work out it really upsets me.
