Great going everyone. I long to do a full push up! I think its my weight thats preventing me. Hopefully when I've lost some I'll smash it. Keep persevering everyone.

Thanks Mrsghosh. Will take a look. I found a great workout today that was really good. Get Fit 2015. The trainer is really encouraging. Getting a bit bored of Jillian.

4lb weights were ok today, but think i may struggle with 5lb. I did day 9, run tmz, day 10 wed, run Thursday. Friday level 2 - little bit worried lol. Do you carry on using the same weights when you move up a level?

Big rice cakes with peanut butter are a good snack. You need to eat enough or you'll eat into your lean muscle.

I detest jumping jacks! I'm the opposite. Enjoy strength but not cardio.

Hi. Day 8. Definitely noticing an improvement. Gave it my all today. Don't know how you can do it with 5lb weights, 3lb give me the burn and my trainer tells me I have high muscle mass. Think I actually enjoyed today :o

Hi everyone. I'm on day 7 and finding it a tiny bit easier lol. It will take me 60 days as I jog / 30 day shred alternate days. Using 3lb weights and feling the burn.
