Hi, I am 5'11" and at 240lbs... 34 yo mom of three. Starting the biggest loser tomorrow at work. Just feel awkward stepping on the scale in the morning in front of someone. I have used MFP a couple years ago and lost almost 50 pounds. I know I can do it, just need support and getting in the mindset.
