I have had my Fitbit Charge over six months. I like the way it tracks steps but I don't feel the sleep tracker is accurate. I wish it were. Now that I joined My Fitness Pal I think I will eat better. I also would like buddies to encourage me. I am retired and 73 years old, so I need exercise more than ever.
