My biggest ordeal is that I go to the store an look around not knowing what is really beneficial to me and I am not a very good cook cause with my past jobs I always just grabbed something quick like microwave meals and chips. I just get so lost in a life of quick, and easy.

I have been using a free app call SWORKIT. It is great you can make a custom workout or click the five minute button and bam a quick five minute work out. I love it so far.
