  • Hi... I'm starting over again too. For the umpteenth time. It's been a 30 year battle....age and hormones aren't helping either. Starting with logging food, making better choices and being conscious of everything I eat. I've always snacked, mindlessly. Exercise is the next step.

  • Hi...I'm right there with you. Was a thin child, teenager, got married, pregnant and have only gotten close to there one time...at least 15 years ago. It's been up and down since, but the ups are always higher...sigh. So far just logging, haven't got to exercise yet. But it's a start

  • LOL...tomorrow. No wonder I'm exhausted. Yes, I am trying to lose weight. It's been going up for the past five years. I'm 52. I'll be happy to see the scale going down instead of up, no matter how small the number. Cellulite...ugh.
