Good to know. The last time i got serious about loosing weight I lost 40 lbs and then nothing for weeks. Holidays came and i caved. Over time I regressed to roughly my starting weight. I will likely need help making it through that this year. Looking forward to getting to my weight and staying there.

51 year old man My max weight a few weeks back was 260. I'm at 251 today. Weigh in day is Thursday. Lost 9 lbs so far. Tracking my clean eating on MFP has been essential. So is this for real? I'm a just over a week in to my goal to loose 60 lbs. I have lost some weight. I've lost 40 lbs before, only to gain it all back. I've got some new ideas this time.
