Anyone have feefback on a keto diet? I started a keto diet this week. Made me really tired the last few days and my 5 mile run sucked. I was really dragging. Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated.

I just keep getting younger according to Garmin. My fitness age is now 25. Sweet! When i started running a couple months ago my fitness age was 54 and my actual age was 51. My 5K training plan does seem to be going well.

Check out lumen and hack your metabolism. It measures your breath, determines if you are burning fat or carbs and then plans your macro mix and calories for the day. It seems to be working so far.

Gmcgovern41 Aug week 3 PW: 250.2 lbs CW: 249.4 lbs Loss: .8 lbs LTD: 11.2 Lbs Not too bad considering all the swings up and down. This loss does include eating some exercise calories. Now I'm hacking my metabolism with Lumen. Lumen suggests very low carb diet. We will see how that goes.

25.5 of 30 mile goal for August. Looks like I'll have to up my goal for Sept.

Had pizza, five beers and a huge brownie last night. It was fun night with my wife"s family. Gained .8 lbs by this morning at 7 am. By 11 am today I lost 4 lbs after a 5 mi run. All this up and down is confusing.
