    I am shocked I had a loss at all this week - TOM arrived late last week and my weight shot up with it. It's finally starting to return to normal. Hoping for some additional losses this week.

    I was pleasantly surprised this morning. My weight is down a pound since Thursday. My clothes have been really loose around the hips lately so I decided to measure. It's been a while since I have done that but 4 inches is a lot. I expected maybe 2 inches gone!

    Hi folks! This post is coming a little later this week than it normally would, but have no fear, for now it's here!

    If you haven't joined the Quit Sugar Challenge yet, it's not too late! Even committing to the last week of a challenge is doing 100% more than if you didn't commit to anything at all. Little things can make a huge difference - all you have to do is let them.

    Quick Update on Me:

    My weight hasn't shifted very much, and I'm totally fine with that. My eating habits have not been great as of lately, and I was expecting the bloat to hit me hard. This isn't to say that I'll be making any changes, of course, but at least I'm recognizing the potential repercussions of my actions (that's all that matters, right?).

    I have had a sinus infection for about a week so not as hungry and I guess it shows. Steps didn't happen very often since I was laying down whenever I wasn't working.

    Now that I'm back on my feet and getting my energy back, I really want to keep the same portions as I have been eating all week.

I am not proud, and hope to be back on track next week, now that I’ve been released from my 10 day shut in. 3 boxes of cereal a bag of chocolate and a pan of brownies later 🤦‍♀️ I figured out that boredom killed my diet. 😁
