Eggs definitely seconded. Any lean protein source (chicken, lean beef, seafood) but omelettes are the one. Also a lot of prawns. I always think a bit of cheese will work but it just makes me want a lot more cheese... and crackers... and wine.

Do the one you enjoy and when you get bored mix it up. The most important thing in the beginning is just to get moving and get into the habit.
