Ugh they are the worst!!! Stretching is the best thing to do! One of my fave is to sit on the floor with your back against the wall and your legs straight out and your toes pointing up. So simple. I do that, and other stretching before and after workouts!

Same. Before I was dieting I had this thing of m&ms on math desk for the longest time. I never thought of it or wanted it. Literally the DAY I started my diet. When I was watching tv in my room all I could freaking think about were those m&ms!!! Haha just because I was telling myself no I wanted them. So I threw them away

Omg! This is one of my biggest worries!! Haha I see how many glasses of wine I can have and how many shots I can take and still be in my calories for the day!! Will he looking on this post for advice too ;)
