Like others have mentioned, this diet is not the really best idea and you aren't really losing fat at the moment. You're losing water weight and if you continue you'll start seeing that "weight" loss slow down, or worse, it would continue (albeit at a slower rate) but you'll be losing mostly muscle, not fat. Congrats on the pregnancy! You should let your hospital know that they missed a pregnancy, especially if you attended A&E. They keep track of that sort of thing and it's vital for staff training.
