You're probably correct then, and eat as frequently as you need to in order to succeed. But it doesn't actually do anything to your metabolism. I'm going to suggest a food scale, weigh absolutely everything. If those numbers are correct or even close, you should be at a deficit but aren't. So you're probably eating more…

I just do mustard, it's my favorite.

I'm looking forward to a raspberry magnum ice cream bar. Trying not to list after it too much, it's food not sex, but damn I'm excited lol.

That's a fetish, he was trying to get you to tell him a story to get off to. Be careful out there!

I have zero style! Comfort all the way. Used to buy all old Navy clothes but the local stores have gone to hell, they're always looking like they just moved in. Now I buy all Target. Yoga pants, leggings, maxi skirts, soft tank tops and cardigans or short sleeve button ups over the top in cool weather.

Lumberjack today... I always feel cozy in my husbands shirts.

A well groomed beard and a steely gaze.

Total. I found out who actually gives two cents about me without it. Answer: not many! My confession is that at times, I do not "like" one of the twins. We butt heads almost constantly. At the end of the day we love each other and I respect her leadership skills and flamboyant personality but it does wear on me. She's a…

I never have pockets, it's either in my hand or in my purse.

And lots of stubborn ideas about people. I guess you missed the Sunday School lessons about loving thy neighbor. I raise people's children, been hired by 7 different families who trusted me with the lives and well being of their progeny and I have tattoos. And I do a darn tootin' great job at it, too. Are you also…

Try to make your meals more balanced. A little of all the macros will be more satisfying than just one at a time.

Functioning comes after your body adapts to using fat for fuel. There is a low carb adjustment period, you feel like *kitten* for a week then your body adapts and gets more efficient at using fat versus glucose. This is called ketosis. This is where some find benefits to low carb. Energy stays level, hunger decreases, and…

Make sure you weigh it versus measure with tablespoons. I've seen a few posts and experienced myself how much that product settles. It says something like 3tbsp of powder is a serving, and so is 14g but the one I had, one tbsp ended up weighing the full 14g. Shudder to think I could have been trippling the serving size.…

Purchase single servings and have chocolate more often. If you let cravings build up your self control can go out the window. Treat more often and avoid the binge. I have a magnum ice cream bar waiting for me at home for after dinner. I just had ice cream last week, but if I wait too long I end up impulse buying a Ben and…

I found my key to oatmeal was to not over cook it. I do not like mush, I like it kind for chewy. I add less water than it says and only cook for about a minute. Enough to absorb the small amount of water but eat oat keeps its shape and nothing gets mushy!

So worth it. The logging is the good habit I am building. Not simply eating less but knowing precisely WHAT and how much Im eating. I log it all now, and will always to the best of my ability even if it's going over my calories. The logging and keeping track is what matters most in my opinion.

I looked into them and worried about longevity. They just don't seem as sturdy or strong.

I hope you enjoy roping! But, have you considered a bike for your daughter? Or a stroller? I get in 3-4 walks a week with the twins I nanny for. Options include a little red wagon for fun or a double wide for jogging. They can't keep up on foot but bringing them along is key for me exercising. I'm away from home a total of…

Look at the dimensions of the M series by bowflex. There's 3, M3 M5 and M7. The middle one is what I have, I can't recall the size off hand but it's small and was the reason I chose it. Affordable too

I win with nutella now, I'm so glad we can keep a small jar of it and peanut butter now :)

Depends on you. If you push through the pain, will you end up so miserable that you end up taking a whole week off and have a hard time starting again? Or would you be better off taking two days rest between workouts for a week or two to help get used to it? I'd prefer route 2 for myself but if you know yourself enough to…

More likely to be water than 10lbs of fat gain from nowhere. You eat to gain weight.

I can't get rid of it, but I am better. I weigh it and portion it, and we switched to whole grains for health.

DECIDE TO NEVER NEED THEM AGAIN! Lose it, read these forums, do it right and keep it off for good. Chose to never yo again.

I'm an apple shape, big everywhere but mostly in the center mass. Upper legs, upper arms, and of course the big belly. I lose it mostly lower body first at least as far as I noticed.

Perfect example here. Two bodies, two different loss styles. This is the answer to your question. Everyone is just different. To lose fat, eat at a deficit. Exercise for your health. Keep losing fat and eventually it comes off where you want, but unfortunately your body holds the key to where the fat comes from and when.

Honestly dear, it's not right. I'd feel about 2 inches tall if I were being spoken to the way your boyfriend tries to "help" you. It may be coming from a helpful place but it's coming out with zero tact or kindness and he's blowing up about it and he shouldn't be. I think you need to explain to him how you feel when he…
