I love horror films, but the Babadook really creeped me out!

I don't think weighing food is essential but it is insightful. I only recently started weighing (I don't weigh everything because my partner does half the cooking and he doesn't weigh) but was surprised at some of the things I was getting wrong. For example, on here a hass avocado was around 250g and I would use those…

I got a little peace sign on my hip to symbolise making peace with myself. That was 8 years ago, it still hasn't happened lol but is better! It's also stretched because of my weight gain so looks wonky haha

I was doing a home workout, following some Zumba videos on YouTube. I got really into it, busting a move to Ricky Martin when I noticed something on the TV screen reflecting. My postman was stood outside my window dancing along. I have no idea how long he was there for but he definitely saw enough for me to be red faced…

I was about to recommend Draconian, I thought Lisa was a brilliant vocalist. I'm fussy with female vocalists too as I'm not fussed on operatic styles of singing, but Lisa was brilliant. Amesouers are another female fronted band I like, if you're a fan of Alcest and that style of metal they're worth a listen.

I saw these at Hammerfest last year, they were pretty good!

I recently started a new home workout routine. With my old one I worked out about an hour after eating. Today I got out of bed and did my routine on an empty stomach and had to stop half way through because I was going dizzy. I felt really nauseous when I completed my circuit so I guess I need to eat before hand.

I'm going through this too. I had a bereavement recently and having kept emotional eating at bay for years, this totally crept up on me and I gave in. I'm back in a good frame of mind now, I gave all the junk food in my house to a food bank and did my weekly shop according to the healthy meals I had planned. I found that…

I'm an emotional eater and have been really stressed lately so I completely understand the struggle! I usually have to mentally have a word with myself about how I feel when I gain weight and that these feelings are temporary. I have a glass of water, put whatever food I'm about to binge on away out of sight, and try to…

3 meals a day, occasionally with a snack in between lunch and dinner but usually just the 3 meals. Sometimes I have dessert of fruit and yogurt after dinner. Usually 1500-1750 calories a day.

I love RoF :) I was very lucky to have seen their last UK show as the full band before they split into 2 separate bands and it was so so good.

I confess I noticed I had my leggings on inside out about an hour ago and still haven't fixed them

Laughing at how dreadful this job interview went today. You'd have to laugh or you'd cry.

Usually something like Breakfast: weetabix with a small amount of semi skimmed milk and a cup of tea. At the weekend I'll either have the same, some kind of egg on toast or eat out if we're feeling fancy. Lunch: salad with 2 boiled eggs (lettuce, cucumber, pepper, spring onion, celery, beetroot, mushrooms, sweetcorn)…

I'm recently unemployed and have found it much easier. In the care service I used to work we had a lady who was a fantastic chef and I could never say no to her cooking. With commuting to and from work I very rarely worked out, but now I'm at home I workout around 3 times a week. Now I'm looking for work closer to home so…
