My point was you can lose weight by lifting weights. It doesn't matter if they are light, I only suggested that as a starting point.

If you keep doing the same things, eating the same things every day then you are bound to hit a wall. Lift some light weights 2-5lbs. Bicep curls 100 a day for a week and see what happens. It won't make you look like a bodybuilder, just mix it up.

You are starving yourself. That is incredibly dangerous and unhealthy. You have to eat! Just entering your stats listed here it says you can lose 1lb per week eating 1800 calories. I would not drop it below 1500 calories per day and definitely not below 1200 if you are doing a lot of walking.

I ate two boxes of frozen white castle burgers and copious amounts of booze over the weekend. It happens but one or two bad days is not going to hurt in the long run. Just keep doing what you do.

I am an alcoholic trying to quit and I consume roughly 1200 calories a night just from drinking. I didn't consider it to be a problem until I started logging everything so I have been trying to taper myself off.
