The blue light from computers and phones can stop the natural use and production of melatonin. You can get apps that filter out the blue light on things. Apparently you shouldn't be exposed to it up to two + hours before bed or it can mess up your sleep cycle big time. Good luck with getting to sleep! Camomile tea is nice…

One that surprised me the other day was those deliciously crispy apple pies from Maccas are only 260cals here in NZ I honestly thought they would be way more than that!

Binge eating is tough and can be very hard to break out of, so I'm sorry you are struggling with this. A really good book is "brain over binge" by Kathryn Hansen, it also touches on bulimia and anorexia but the second half the book is fantastic for ways to turn your binge urges and compulsions around. Couldn't recommend it…
