I've had this same problem! I was starting to wonder at it! I've been on MFP for 20 days, and for at least the past 14, it's said you'll be 115 kg in 5 weeks. It never seems to change by more than .5kg. I'm on the website, too, not the app.

I've been struggling to get enough fibre as well. I have been adding a teaspoon of Benefibre to at least one glass of water a day, and it has helped a bit.

I can't afford to go to the gym, so I do all my exercises at home. I jog in place in front of the tv in the living room. Keeps me entertained while I'm doing it! I went back, deleted it, and re-entered it. This time it came up at 220 calories. That still seems high. I have never tracked calories burned before, so this is entirely new to me, but that's an entire meal worth of calories I can burn off in just 10 minutes?
